5.8/10

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While it was conveniently located near Suizenji Park and close to tram stations, the rooms were particularly small for my liking. The service showed some determination as they addressed concerns about pests, which was a big relief. The breakfast was decent but could use a bit more variety. Overall, I appreciated the value for money, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

The hotel is conveniently located near Suizenji Park, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful gardens. While the rooms are a bit on the small side, they were comfortable and tidy. The service was impressively attentive during our stay, especially when we faced travel disruptions. However, the dining options could be more varied to enhance the experience overall.

6.4/10

The hotel had a lot going for it, especially with its helpful staff who really came through for us during the typhoon situation. The rooms were decently quiet and comfortable, making for a restful stay. On the downside, the dust situation definitely needs addressing to make it feel more inviting. The location was acceptable for getting around, especially to Suizenji Park and the tram system, though it’s not the most exciting area. Overall, a decent experience, but there's room for improvement.

The service was quite helpful, particularly when they assisted me during the typhoon by managing my luggage and working to resolve a few issues involved with our stay.
Location

The location was just okay; it was about a 300-meter walk to the tram station, making it convenient enough to get to Suizenji Park, but not nearly as vibrant as I'd hoped for.
Dining

I wasn't blown away by dining options; breakfast was pretty basic with only cereals available, which didn't excite me much.
Facilities

Facilities were adequate, but nothing to rave about. Everything functioned, but there wasn’t anything noteworthy that stood out.
